Osteopathic Associate - $115.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) To qualify for this category, physicians must hold a current membership in the Kansas Association of Osteopathic Medicine

Out-of-state Associate - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Available to those physicians whose majority-practice is outside of Kansas.

Semi-retired - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Reduced-dues category available to physicians who are 65 or older and are working fewer than 20 hours per week.

Student - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments
